‘Heels on The Hill’, a firm favourite on the Mid Ulster fashion calendar, returns for a fourth successive year, on Tuesday 22nd September!

Sold out year upon year, Heels on the Hill 2015 will feature the latest Autumn/Winter collections from the wealth of fashion outlets in Dungannon town centre and the Linen Green. In excess of 18 local independent boutiques and high street giants, including newcomer ‘14th Avenue’, will take part in the showcase, which promises to be a fabulous social occasion.

Hagan’s will once again host proceedings, with an intimate fashion show where guests can view the collections and accessories at close quarters, as models meander throughout the venue amongst the seated audience. Regardless of size, age, gender or budget – the show will feature something for everyone whilst echoing this season’s up to the minute trends. Think a throwback to the 70’s with an emphasis on texture and silhouette – belted suede, flared denim, muddy colours and bright red will all feature heavily, with many looks both stylishly simplistic and practical.

Guests will be greeted with a complimentary drinks reception, offered a choice of West Coast Cooler Rose or Little Big Shot and receive one of the now renowned Heels on The Hill goodie bags. Two lucky attendees will also win golden tickets – hundreds of pounds worth of shopping vouchers with which to indulge in a shopping spree for a new Autumn/Winter wardrobe, courtesy of a host of Dungannon retailers.

Organised by Mid Ulster District Council and produced by The Style Academy, the event will be hosted by local celebrity, style icon and former Miss Northern Ireland – Joanne Salley.

Chair of Mid Ulster District Council Councillor Linda Dillion said:

“Dungannon has a superb range of fashion retail outlets and this is a unique opportunity to see some of the latest trends available locally under one roof.

Given the weather hasn’t allowed us to make the most of our summer style, there’s no better time to look towards tailoring our wardrobes for the next season and I’m looking forward to what promises to be a great event”.

Heels on The Hill 2015 will kick off at 7.45pm and Hagan’s will open their doors at 7pm. Tickets are priced at £7.00 and are available from Ranfurly House Arts & Visitor Centre on 028 8772 8600 and from all participating outlets.
